On May 23rd 2026, Temple of Fire returns, bringing back the heat to Port Douglas for its anticipated annual Carnivale celebration.

Prepare your palette for an endless array of global flavours as you wander through the food laneway. From the captivating spectacle of a live BBQ station, serving up smoky perfection to the bold and aromatic creations of Asian cuisine, sun-kissed freshness of Mediterranean bites and decadent sweet treats, every craving will be met with unparalleled artistry and flair.
